Return Policy

At Pureva, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@pureva.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions for shipping your product back.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
